Telos Agility LLC (“Telos Agility,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit telosagility.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Telos Agility LLC is a service-disabled veteran-owned advisory firm based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area, Florida.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and operate this website.
- Information you give us. When you contact us by email, through our contact form, or by booking a call through our scheduling tool, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, email address, and any message or scheduling information.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, in server logs used to keep the site secure and running.
Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers or financial details) through this website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and to schedule or hold a conversation you request.
- To provide, maintain, and secure the website.
- To meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to function. We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or other profiling tools.
Our scheduling tool, Calendly, is embedded from a third party and may set its own cookies when you interact with it; that interaction is also governed by Calendly’s privacy policy. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Our website hosting provider, IONOS, which stores the site and its server logs.
- Our scheduling provider, Calendly, when you book a call.
- Our contact form provider, Jotform, when you submit the contact form.
- Our email provider, when you contact us or we reply.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep your information
We keep inquiry and booking information only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable business record, and we keep server logs for a limited period for security. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or retain it only as required by law.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing peter.jessen@telosagility.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:
- California residents may have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
- EU, UK, and similar residents may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability, under the GDPR and equivalent laws.
Telos Agility is a small advisory firm and may fall below the thresholds at which some of these laws strictly apply. Even so, we honor these rights as a matter of practice. Contact us and we will respond.
International visitors
We operate from the United States, and our service providers are located primarily in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our site may link to third-party websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
