Four weeks. One report. The answer your leaders have been waiting for.

Assessment

Portfolio Diagnostic

A fixed-scope, fixed-fee assessment that answers one question: where is your IT investment going, and is it aligned to strategy? The cost of not knowing is measured in quarters, not weeks.

The problem

Leadership asked. Nobody had a credible answer.

Your organization has invested in the tooling platforms, the methodology training, the transformation program, even the BI layer sitting on top of it all. But when your leaders ask “is this investment delivering what was committed to?” nobody has a credible answer. Portfolio Diagnostic produces one. This is the verify half of Trust and Verify, and most organizations have never actually built it.

What I deliver

What I deliver

Portfolio visibility audit

I assess what’s measured, what’s missing, and where value is leaking across your current portfolio, including whether what’s being tested traces back to the original requirement, or just to the build itself. That gap is where most “visible” platforms quietly stop measuring value.

Portfolio maturity scoring

A structured score across the five things that actually determine whether a portfolio investment is working, tooling fit, process alignment, visibility, measurement accuracy, and integration. The score isn’t the deliverable, it’s the evidence base for what comes next: exactly what needs fixing immediately, what can wait, and in what order.

Quantified findings report

A leadership-ready report with findings expressed in investment terms, not tool metrics. This is built for the room the VP or CIO walks into, the board conversation, even though I’m not the one sitting in it. My job is making sure the report holds up when they do.

Prioritized path forward

Specific, sequenced recommendations. Not a list of observations. A defensible plan with the evidence behind it.

Who this is for

Who this is for

Heads of Portfolio Management, VPs of Strategic Planning, CTOs, and CIOs at mid-size and large enterprises who have invested in tooling platforms and transformation programs but cannot yet connect that investment to business outcomes at the executive level.

The business case

The business case

A fixed fee, scoped in the first conversation and set against the delivery budget it protects. Portfolio Diagnostic costs less than a single misallocated sprint across one program.

When the diagnostic shows the constraint is the organization rather than the portfolio, that is the leadership half of the practice: Executive Coaching.
